Want to be an exhibitor at the upcoming West Yellowstone Festival? Submit this registration form. Like keeping the U.S. Postal System busy and the pen industry alive? Print and download the form at the end of this page and mail it in. Please note that there is no electricity for vendors and review all the rules on our Information page.

Instructions for Submitting Temporary Food Event Permit:

If the vendor does not have a valid Montana Retail Food License or valid Montana Cottage Food Registration, they will need to complete the temp event permit.

Anyone selling food or beverages is required to have a permit or license.

Required to supply two garbage cans and maintain during the show, and carry the garbage out. Also required to have a fire extinguisher.

If your trailer is longer than 24 feet, tongue to bumper, it will be an extra $100 fee.

There will be no sales tax. Instead of sales tax you will need to pay 8% of your gross sales that is required by the City of West Yellowstone. (4% is Resort fee, 4% is administrative Fee), in addition to 4% that is paid to Destination Events. The 12% will need to be paid at the end of the show before you leave. All percentage fees are to be paid directly to Destination Events. There will be a $25 late fee if it’s paid past 1 hour after the end of the show. You are responsible for your own Setup, Tents, Tables and Display RAIN OR SHINE. No Refunds. If you do not check-in 1 hour prior to the festival to claim your space, you forfeit your space.
